About Michele

After obtaining my CNA certification, I worked in a skilled nursing facility for two years, working with both long term care residents and skilled nursing residents. While working at the nursing home I work part-time for a family with two little boys (school aged) doing before and after school care, weekend, and date night care. I have about 10 years previous childcare experience, including newborns through preteen. More currently, I have been employed at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics for the past two years. In the past four years of patient care experience, I have encountered a wide demographic of patients. I work primarily with orthopedic and urology patients. Working with our older generations and our newest generations for the past four years has been an absolute pleasure and privilege and I look forward to potentially working with them on a more personal level once again.
