About Michele

I have been working with little ones for over 14 years. My love for kids is something that always provided me with amazing experiences. I truly enjoy playing, organizing crafts and activities or simple going for a walk. I was able to experience child development at every level. And I must say I enjoy all of it. I have experience with day to day routines. I understand that every house is different and I adapt accordingly. I aim to be a helping hand to parents and a safe space for the children. I'm creative and big on arts and music. Also museums, parks, zoo and any other activities that could expand their minds. I always keep track of changes in behvaior, development milestones and emotional issues. Keeping parents always informed with daily or weekly updates. I'm firm but loving. I believe that respect is important. Teaching by example is second nature to me. I have experience with special needs, multiples and busy schedules.
