Having Michele as our nanny has been such a gift! She is caring, dependable, and very attentive. Michele came into our family when our son was 5 months old and he took to her instantly. Michele helped him through many milestones such as getting him on a consistent schedule, introducing him to solids, establishing a nap routine, and helping through sensory learning development. We always knew he was well cared for and having such a seamless transition from maternity leave back to the corporate world was made possible because of Michele, and we are forever grateful! Unfortunately we are moving across the country, but she comes with our highest recommendation! Any family would be lucky to have her!
