We hired her Mimi for several days to watch our 1-year-old and could not have been more pleased. She arrived on time or a few minutes early every single day, which as a parent says everything about reliability and professionalism. Our baby took to her almost instantly, letting her give bottles, put her down for naps, and even crawling toward her unprompted. That kind of immediate trust from my 1-year-old, without the initial crying/getting to know you phase, is rare. Mimi has a warm, magnetic grandmotherly energy that kids are naturally drawn to. Beyond childcare, she was proactively tidy, noticing things around the house that needed to be picked up or organized without being asked. She is sweet, easy to be around, and someone we genuinely enjoyed having in our home. If timing works out we would absolutely consider her for a longer-term role and recommend her without hesitation.
