I strive to make a real difference in their lives and offer families peace of mind. I have a psychology degree and over 15 years experience working in social services. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I build strong connections with care recipients by understanding their personal history and preferences. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I provide regular updates to families via their preferred method of communication. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I can assist with errands and shopping. I find joy in making someone's day a little brighter, and I hope to do the same for your family.
