With three years of experience as a pca/dsp and nursing technician at upstate hospital , I am passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, and assist with light housekeeping. I am CPR and First Aid trained. My approach is patient, friendly, and professional. I focus on understanding each person's unique preferences and history. I am skilled at de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through written reports, verbal updates, and by following their preferred method.
