I understand the importance of building connections by learning about each person's unique preferences and history. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, prepare meals, manage medications, and offer mobility assistance. I communicate with families through daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Supporting families and providing reliable care is my goal.
