Attentive, quiet and relaxed. I enjoy listening to stories and discussing current issues if not just to lend an ear. For 3 years we helped our mom with dementia and her time during cancer up through the hospice care. Also, I would spend time with my Grandma (in her 90's) as we would go for walks, grocery shopping and clean and organize the home. I have realized that just the little things of grabbing glass of water or putting on extra blankets make for lasting comforts to those in need. Plus, I have a truck and am happy to help move things as needed.
