Ms. Michaela has been, and I can’t stress this enough, a VITAL part of our family since she became our nanny two years ago. My two children, now 5 and 4, truly love her. (My daughter recently lost her first tooth and the first thing she wanted to do was “call LaLa!”). Michaela handles their big feelings with such poise, it’s inspiring. Her wholistic approach to child development is such a comfort - considering everything from sleep habits/quality to nutrition to educational and emotional development. If we could keep her until they’re 18, we would! We are terribly sad to see her go but are so excited to see what life in Richmond has in store for her.
