About Michaela

Hi, I'm Michaela! I'm 22 years old and currently a senior in college (online). I've been working with kids since 2019. I started with volunteering as a camp counselor, went on to babysitting, then worked at my college daycare, and most recently spent the month of June as an assistant teacher at a children's camp. I love being and working around kids because they bring so much joy, excitement, and laughter. Yes they may be learning from me but I'm also learning from them. There's always new things to explore and is so engaging! Families describe me as gentle, caring, and dependable. I especially love working with infants but of course open to all ages and making sure every child feels safe, happy, and supported! I'm also happy to help with light cleaning, meal prep, or pets. I have a flexible schedule, my driver's license, and lots of energy to keep up with little ones. My dream is to become a teacher, and every childcare experience brings me closer to that goal!
