About Michaela

Hi! I'm Michaela from the Westchester/Fleetwood area. I'm 22 and a senior in college (online). I've worked with children since 2019 and hope to become a teacher. I love watching kids grow, learn, and explore their giggles, energy, and curiosity make every day rewarding. I've worked at the Boys & Girls Club of Mount Vernon, held multiple babysitting jobs, worked at my college daycare, and recently spent June as an assistant teacher at a children's camp. I'm gentle, soft-spoken, nurturing, and treat every child with the same care I'd give my own. I especially enjoy caring for infants and making sure they feel safe and loved. I'm also happy to help with light household tasks and caring for pets. I enjoy working with kids because we learn from each other, and every day feels new. I'm looking for a flexible, communicative family that values kindness and a warm environment. I'm very flexible with scheduling, have my driver's license, and love baking, especially tres leches cake!
