About Michaela

Hello! I have over 6 years of experience working with children of all ages, abilities, and behaviors. I am CPR, First Aid, and PCA certified, and I have hands-on experience supporting non-verbal children as well as children with g-tubes. I also have basic knowledge of sign language and a strong understanding of working with children with disabilities. My approach to childcare focuses on child-led play, social-emotional learning, and encouraging independence. I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and confident to grow.
