About Ella

Hi! My name is Ella! I'm currently in nursing school and have a strong passion for caring for others. I have one year of experience working as a nursing assistant, along with four years of babysitting and nannying experience with children ranging from 1-15 years old. I have experience caring for children with a variety of needs, including children with disabilities and special needs. I'm comfortable helping with daily routines, meals, activities, homework, bedtime, and providing attentive, compassionate care tailored to each child. I'm responsible, patient, dependable, and safety-conscious, and my nursing education has given me additional knowledge and confidence when it comes to caring for children. My goal is always to create a fun, comfortable, and safe environment where children can feel happy and supported while their parents are away.
