About Michaela

Hi families! My name is Michaela and I have been a nanny for 5 years now! I worked as an assistant lead infant teacher, and do a lot of occasional babysitting as well. I grew up with 3 little brothers so I have been surrounded by children my entire life. I have two fully completed years done at WMU in social work and have taken a break from school to focus on working and having enough time to do what I love, which is being apart of little ones growing and learning. I am extremely hands on and value communication and routine, but am very skilled in navigating those days where things may not always go as planned! I also value parent relationships and would love to grow with your family.
