Hi. My name is Michaela. I've been working in the child Care industry off and on for the past 15 years and am currently 31 years old. I'm CPR Certified, First Aid Trained, and had formal deescalation training called MANDT Training. I've worked in a variety of fields within childcare: Substitute Teaching, Infant Daycare, Private Nannying, and of course plain old babysitting.
