With eight years of experience as a certified teacher, I'm passionate about unlocking each student's unique potential. I personalize my approach by varying teaching strategies - visual aids, hands-on activities, discussions, and practice problems - to suit individual learning styles. I specialize in Math, English, Science, and Special Education for elementary, middle, and high school students. I also have experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEP). I keep students motivated by celebrating small successes and providing positive reinforcement. Open communication is essential, and I value keeping students and parents informed. Seeing a student's confidence grow as they master new skills is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring.
