About Micaela

Hello! My name is Micaela. I have over 10 years of childcare experience, including 4 years working in traditional daycare and school settings, with the remaining years focused on ABA therapy working with children with special needs. I am extremely patient, caring, attentive, and dependable. I truly enjoy working with children and creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where they can feel comfortable and supported. My experience in ABA has also given me the skills to understand and support children with different needs, personalities, and developmental levels. I am CPR certified and currently work at Cook Children's Hospital, where I continue to gain valuable experience working with children and families. I would love the opportunity to bring my experience, compassion, and dedication to your family and provide your children with the same level of care I would want for my own.
