Genesis has been with us for almost 8 months caring for our 18 month old and 6 year old. We are going to be so sad to loose her when we move! Any other family would be so lucky to have her. While with us her responsibilities included: -Playing with/caring for 18 month old (snacks, naps, bath, bedtime routines) -Caring for our 6 year old (homework, snacks, meals, bath, afterschool activities) -Transporting children to afterschool activities, picking up from the bus, and taking to local parks etc. -Tidying/cleaning kitchen, dishwasher, putting away kids laundry, preparing school lunches, toy organization -Feeding dogs Her greatest strengths: 1. She is very calm even among what can sometimes be chaos with 2 littles and 2 dogs! I never once heard her raise her voice or get frustrated with the kiddos. 2. She is punctual and hard working. She was never sitting around and was very proactive in finding something to tidy/organize or clean if the kiddos were happy or napping. 3. She is so clean and organized. My kitchen would always be 10X cleaner after she had come. 4. She is flexible and will work with a family to see how she can fill their needs based on her schedule. We will really miss her!
