About Mia

Hello! I'm a patient, gentle, and dependable caregiver with a Bachelor's degree in Special Education Teaching, and a genuine passion for working with children. I have two years of classroom teaching experience and have spent the past nine years working with and nannying for children of all ages and abilities. I am CPR and First aid certified, as well as CPI trained and Youru Mental Health Trained. My background in special education has given me the skills and confidence to support each child as an individual, while my years of caregiving experience have taught me the importance of patience, flexibility, and creating a fun, nurturing environment. I love coming up with creative activities, encouraging kids to explore and learn, and being someone families can truly rely on.
