About Mia

I am a responsible and hardworking rising college sophomore with a 4. 0 GPA. I have strong academic roots from high school AP courses (Biology, Calculus, Spanish, Psychology) and love working with children. Tutoring lets me help students unlock their academic potential and reach their goals! Combining my camp counselor background with structured learning, I make education both impactful and enjoyable! I am seeking a remote role with a flexible schedule that fits my life as a college student. I began self-employed peer tutoring in math and Spanish as a high school junior. I also have 2 years of experience as a camp counselor and aftercare assistant, and regularly tutor my younger family members. I like to sing, play guitar, and spend time with my family! I am both First Aid/CPR/AED certified and completed the MSDE Basic Health & Safety Training. My skills include enthusiasm, encouragement, and fostering interactive learning!
