About Mia

I am the oldest of my cousins, with over 12 younger family members, all ranging from infancy to teens. Because of this, I've had extensive hands on childcare experience and have been trusted to care for multiple children on a regular basis. My responsibilities have included school and activity drop offs, attending practices and games, running errands, light cleaning, and planning fun, engaging days for the kids. I'm very comfortable multitasking and maintaining a safe, organized, and positive environment, even while caring for multiple children at once. I am known for being kind, patient, understanding, and charismatic, and I pride myself on building trusting relationships with both children and parents. I am accepting and attentive to each child's individual needs and personality, and I adapt easily to family routines, expectations, and parenting styles. My goal is always to support parents while making sure children feel safe, cared for, and genuinely happy.
