About Mia

Hi! A little about me- I'm a rising junior attending Rhodes College in Memphis, and my home is in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I am a student-athlete with the track & field program, and I am on the pre-law track studying International Relations, Political Science, and Spanish. As an older sister, I spent years caring for my sibling and neighborhood children to gain experience for childcare, before spending most of my summers in high school and college caring for other families. In addition to years of experience, I am also CPR and first-aid certified. I am very comfortable in environments in and outside of the house, including parks and swimming areas, and I am also comfortable caring for children and animals in the same space. I love spending time getting to know the children I nanny for by coming up with fun activities at home, or finding things to do in-town.
