Mia has been working with our family for a couple of months, and we absolutely love her! Unfortunately, we are relocating out of state for a new job opportunity at the end of this month. Mia cares for our 14-month old baby and our 7-year old son, who is on the spectrum. Not only is she responsible and reliable, Mia genuinely cares for our children's well-being. Mia is knowledgeable about early childhood development and goes above and beyond to plan fun, creative, and engaging activities with our children. She listens well and communicates with us throughout the day. She follows our routine, maintains boundaries, and is a gentle, fun, and loving caregiver to our children. We will really miss her, and wish we could take her with us!
