About Emma

Hello ! My name is Emma Jane. I am a San Marcos native, and a Texas State University graduate. I majored in English and History, with a minor in Philosophy, so those are definitely my strengths when it comes to tutoring! I am also quite capable in the science department, and can usually figure out basic level math. I have experience with child care with children aged from 1 year to 13 years, and tutoring with people aged from 9 years to 25 years. I have experience as an outdoor adventure camp counselor, primarily working with children aged 10-11. I have high levels of patience, and I like to nurture children's creative souls! I am fond of cooking and baking, as well as getting outside and playing or going on walks, and I am a big fan of all sorts of pets. I am punctual and reliable, and have my own method of transportation to ensure so.
