About Mia

I am a caring, reliable, and energetic caregiver with over 5 years of experience working with children of all ages. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and child safety is always my top priority. I have experience working in an elementary school, supporting students academically and socially, and over 3 years at Aqua-Tots Swim Schools as a swim instructor, manager, and receptionist. These roles strengthened my leadership skills, communication with parents, and ability to care for multiple children in fast-paced environments. My love for kids is truly unmatched--I am patient, attentive, and enjoy helping children learn, grow, and feel confident. I create a nurturing, structured environment where children feel safe and supported. I am comfortable assisting with homework, preparing meals/snacks, establishing routines, and planning fun, educational activities. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and dependable, communicative, and caring with every family I work with.
