About Joelle

I have been working with kids for as long as I can remember. Growing up in a big family I started watching my siblings and cousins then at age 12 I started babysitting for other families. Through the next 17 years I continued babysitting and was a nanny for 3 families for an extended period of time. I have watched children of all ages. My goal is to keep your child safe and cared for while you are away, but make sure they have loads of fun by keeping them busy with activities and excursions. Currently I work with the school system as a Special Ed Student Aide where I help kids learn while managing their behaviors and struggles. I have also nannied and babysat children with autism and have a lot of experience with autism and the skills and techniques that work best to help them manage through their day. I am happy to provide care for any children with special needs and can help with any homework or extended learning throughout the summer. I absolutely love kids and hope to work for you!
