Hi! My name is Mia, and I'm a caring, reliable, and patient caregiver who truly enjoys working with children. I believe every child deserves a safe, loving, and positive environment where they feel supported and encouraged to be themselves. I focus on building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents while providing attentive care tailored to each child's needs. I enjoy keeping children engaged through age appropriate activities such as crafts, outdoor play, reading, and creative learning, while also maintaining routines and structure. I am also working toward majoring in Early Childhood Education, as I'm passionate about child development and helping children learn and grow in meaningful ways. My goal is to help children feel comfortable, happy, and confident while in my care, and to give parents peace of mind knowing their children are safe, cared for, and genuinely valued.
