I've always had a passion for supporting the development and growth of children, which led me to pursue a career as a caregiver. I have almost 3 years of experience providing reliable childcare for families, as I work at an elementary school in our kindergarten special education class as a para educator where I ensure a safe and nurturing environment for their children. Moving out as a young adult has led me to look for a small extra job, so I'd love to be the one to help your family out in any way I can. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and my friendly and approachable nature allows me to build strong relationships with children and their families. I believe in open communication and follow the parents' preferred communication method to keep them informed about their child's day and address any issues that may arise. When it comes to household rules, I'm very comfortable enforcing them in a consistent and age-appropriate manner.
