Meta has worked with my family for 7+ years and often has my kids AND some of their friends along for adventures. Every.single.time a parent meets her, they ask her and me if she has any availability. She is the single most sought after nanny locally. She not only cares for children, but understands the ecosystem of the family and child needs. She makes a commitment to getting kids active, and has taught mine to ski, ride a bike etc. My children adore her and always want to be with her. She was with us full-time until we no longer needed that much care, but she is an asset to any home, especially mom, because as a mom, she just "gets it" and can see ahead of things that need to be done. She literally is one in a million.
