At 3:00 pm, Merritta agreed to provide overnight care for a shift that started at 7:00 pm that same evening. We discussed the hours needed, the hourly pay, and the type of care needed by phone and by text, to which she agreed. At 5:00 pm she sent a text saying she had changed her mind and would not be providing care after all, which left us in a very difficult bind. I would not recommend her because of the unreliability.
