Merle is a kind, thoughtful and reliable caregiver. She offers her vast knowledge and listens to her client needs and makes plans to help them accordingly. Merle is an excellent communicator and takes pride in her care. 

Merle is very kind and is also fun to talk to.  She is great company for my mom who has dementia.  She is also very punctual.  Being on time is always nice but it is especially important tor someone with dementia.  She takes her to appointments, outings, walks, and helps with things at home.  I also appreciate she has the CNA knowledge.

Merle cared for my elderly father for a year. She's friendly, energetic, caring, and very experienced. She made it her personal mission to keep him well-groomed, well-fed, and as active as he could be.

Merle was a compassionate and highly skilled caregiving during the last year of my dad’s life, starting when he needed help with getting in and out of bed, up through his transition to using a wheelchair and needing help with meals and toileting, and though end-of-life care. She showed up every day and treated my dad like he was her own family. She is an ideal caregiver. 

Merle is an amazing caregiver. She is an expert at what she does, and approaches each day with a smile on her face ready to help. Cooking, cleaning, medication, hygiene, care, she does it all.

I’m a licensed social worker in the medical field for 44 years and I still am today seeing patients in hospitals and Board & cares.. I met Merle 25 years ago when she was a licensed CNA, and she was single-handedly handling all six patients by herself at a licensed Nice Board and care setting… Since then for 20 years off and on I have referred individuals through my work of seeing patients every day that need ADL help, I have referred her to many families and always have gotten rave reviews and they love her.. Her details in addressing personal and domestic care and knowing body, mechanics and medication’s with a calm clear head has been reported to me time and time again.. She has always made our agency look great, and has always been a compliment to me and our agencies reputation… I continue frequent contact with her even today and I know the people that she’s working with at any given time…. When my time comes, I pray for someone like her to be in my corner helping me… she’s honest and a hard worker, and that complements the other aspect of her being reliable and loyal. That’s all.

Merle has been taking care of my 82 year old father for several months.  She is always on time and is very caring.  She always tells me when my father needs something.  Merle went above and beyond and asked me to order salts so he can soak his foot that was hurting.  She is taking her job seriously and makes sure that the person she cares for has everything they need.

A lot of people on this website claim to be caregivers. But the reality is that they don't have much expertise. Merle is a real pro with a ton of experience caring for seniors with a range of physical and cognitive disabilities. She has seen it all before.
