I am a former elementary teacher (kindergarten and second grade), raised four children of my own, and have two sweet grandchildren, aged 4 and 8. I have spent my adult life caring for and advocating for children. After spending years guiding children in a school setting, I am now seeking to give the same compassionate care to children in a home setting. My former colleagues and administrator would tell you I am a kind, flexible, conscientious, and trustworthy person. I love pets, do not smoke, have my own transportation, and am CPR/first aid trained. At this stage I am interested in part-time work, up to 20 hours a week.
