Heather has been watching my 19 month old son part-time since February. She has been great with my son, and puts in a lot of effort to keep him happy and entertained while I work from home with imaginative and hands-on play. She also makes productive use of nap time, doing dishes and tidying up around the playroom, sweeping the floor floors, etc. the house is always clean and tidy when she leaves for the day, which means a lot to me as a busy working mom.
