t is my pleasure to recommend Meredith as a nanny. She watched my 3 children full time during the summers of 2011 -2014. In addition she was my youngest child s summer swim coach and mentored my second child, who now coaches on that swim team. From day one Meredith impressed me with her warmth and presence. She was always prepared with activities and strategies to fill their time and my children enjoyed her companionship. She made good decisions about what to handle on her own and when to involve me with conflicts during the day. I always felt comfortable and and reassured when I left them in her care.
