About Blair

Helping sudents become confident in complex science concepts and make major gains in SAT scores is my primary focus. With 20 years of experience, as an SAT tutor, and high school science teacher, I'm capable of covering a variety of topics. I believe that when students understand the big picture, the details naturally fall into place. I assess unique learning style by actively listening and observing engagement with new material. To keep students engaged, I highlight the "hook" concepts that connect challenging topics to real-world mysteries, celebrating the beauty of the natural world and the thrill of mental breakthroughs. Clear communication is the foundation of my approach, as it builds the trust necessary for a collaborative environment. I find immense reward in helping students achieve their ideal grades and academic goals. Whether we meet at your home, a library, or a coffee shop, I am ready to support your success and help you reach your full potential.
