About Meredith

As a dedicated Executive Functioning Tutor and proud member of the National Tutoring Association, I specialize in helping students strengthen the mental processes that support learning, organization, and self-management. I provide personalized academic support tailored to each learner's needs. I work extensively with neurodivergent students, including those with ADHD, Anxiety,, Dyslexia, and other learning challenges. My approach focuses on building skills in working memory, cognitive flexibility, and inhibitory control-the three core components of executive functioning. These abilities shape how we plan, focus, and manage tasks throughout our lives, and with the right strategies, they can be developed and refined at any age. I partner with students to create practical systems for time management, organization, and sustained focus, empowering them to become more confident, independent learners both academically and beyond the classroom.
