About Meredith

As a childcare provider I strive to encourage each child's unique strengths as well as the confidence to explore new skills and interests. I believe in fostering independence but always encourage kids to ask for help whenever they need it. My goal as a nanny is to set kids and their families up for success when I, as a nanny, am no longer needed. To me that looks like developing good communication skills, a lifelong love of learning, and the self confidence to be themselves. I’m looking for a job that allows me to plan crafts, activities, and outings. I'd love to work with a family that isn't afraid of mess and noise. (I'll always clean up after of course.) In my spare time, I'm an avid reader and read around 80 books a year. I love yoga, crafting, jigsaw puzzles, and live shows. One thing you should know about me is that I have my own child :) My son is 3 months old (born 8/6/25). Ideally I'd bring him to work with me but my MIL has offered to help care for him during the week.
