I've worked as a nanny for over 20 years in Los Angeles, caring for children from newborn to 15 years (in addition to raising my own three children, who are now wonderful young adults, and being a doting grandmother). I love children and care taking is my calling. I'm experienced with all phases of childcare -- from bottle feeding and toilet training, to outings to the library and park, to school drop off/pick up and organizing after-school activities, to helping with homework -- and everything in between. My family and I feel incredibly fortunate to have Mercy as our nanny. Mercy has been our nanny since April 2025 when our daughter was 4 months old. Mercy provides our daughter with exceptional care! Our daughter lights up when she sees Mercy - when Mercy is here our daughter knows she’s going to have a good day! Mercy takes our daughter to our neighborhood park each day and story time at the Library on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. While out and about, Mercy ensures our daughter is able to practice tummy time, sitting up, and reading, play with developmentally appropriate toys, and interact with other kiddos. Mercy helped our daughter’s transition to solid food at 6 months by patiently reinforcing eating habits she started at home. Because our daughter is particular about morning naps, Mercy is willing to practice contact napping. As first time parents, Mercy has put our mind at ease about child care. We know that when our daughter is with Mercy, she is getting the best care possible! We are moving back to the Midwest at the end of August and are very sad to part ways. Any family is lucky to have Mercy care for their child!
