About Johnnie Jean

My name is Johnnie-Jean but I like to go by JJ for short. I am currently a Junior at Azusa Pacific University. As a dedicated Liberal Studies major, I'm pursuing my passion for education with a clear goal: to become an elementary school teacher. I have a wide range of professional experience working with students of all ages, from infants to high schoolers. My professional background includes working in preschools and elementary schools, as well as substitute teaching at the high school level. For two years, I also worked as a private babysitter, where I helped with various household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, and meal preparation. As well as looking after my younger cousins when needed. I am committed to helping children grow and thrive. My greatest joy comes from creating a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment where kids can be themselves.
