We found Melissa to be very kind, warm, and very skilled with our baby. She has a good energy about her. Unfortunately, she did cancel on us multiple times at the last minute, creating quite a bit of chaos for us as we are both working parents. This happened with almost every shift for us, so unfortunately it did not work out.
