I reached out to Melissa in hopes of help w/ home organization, starting with my kids' playroom. She began by telling me she did not provide childcare services while organizing/did not want children present. I NEVER mentioned I was looking for childcare. I had only explained I was seeking extra assistance w/ home organization d/t a busy household with 4 school-aged kids/me working full-time (husband stays-at-home so no care needed). I stated that kids could help with sorting toys they have outgrown/being thrown out (not while she would be organizing). Instead, she went on to chastise me that toys should be donated unless they are broken/missing parts. Obviously I would pass along a clean gently used toy. I politely attempted to elucidate the misconceptions, but she made no acknowledgment. She came across as presumptuous/condescending, does not pay attention to what is being asked of her and lacks basic comprehension/communication skills. Maybe it was a bad day but buyer beware..
