I have previously worked at Carroll Hospital on the cardiac/stroke unit and have experience with patients with CHF, strokes and severe diabetes. I prefer the personal care field so that I can get to know my clients and their routines to better serve their daily needs both physically & mentally. After a phone interview an in person interview was scheduled. The in-home interview morphed into meeting us at the dr office then lunch. My in-laws and I immediately liked Melissa, she's already like one of the family. Today was her first day and I already don't know how we've managed without her. Hired her for an on-going position which I imagine will increase in hours needed. Very thankful for Melissa's knowledge, skills, and humor!
