Hello Families, After a Spring of substitute teaching I was hired to teach 4th grade. I taught for one year followed by two years as a stay at home parent with my two young children while doing part-time work as a nanny and substitute teacher. I am looking to bring my passion for teaching into the tutoring world for more one-on-one instruction and support. I am an an organized and motivated educator that supports the success of my students. I take pride in the supportive and caring classroom environment I create and believe I can translate these skills to tutoring. My hours can be flexible but I am still looking to maintain a part-time schedule. Ideally, I would start at the beginning of April as that would complete three months of maternity leave.
