About Melissa

I'd describe my personality as calm, nurturing, and attentive. I started working with kids when I was still in high school. I nannied to support myself through my undergraduate career, where I earned a degree in Developmental Psychology. Between college and graduate school, I worked in a Montessori infant room. I then earned my MA in School Counseling and landed in the world of nature-based education. In my spare time, I like to read, make art, and stay active in nature as much as possible.
