I have worked with children for over 20 years. I have babysat, served in multiple children's ministries, nannied multiple times only leaving because of moving, and have worked in childcare centers. I have 4 young children of my own. I have done many years of personal research learning about infant and young child development. So much growth happens in those first few years and I absolutely love playing with and encouraging growth with these young children and partnering with their parents in that development!

Melissa is one of the most committed and hard working people I know. She's very generous, has a heart for children, and is fun loving. She's great with kids and has creative and exciting ideas to keep them interested, and she's always looking for new ways to help them learn. She is a learner herself, and is devoted and intentional to gaining ideas from others to increase her knowledge on child psychology and the best child care possible. I would definitely trust my own kids with Melissa, and any children I've met have loved her! I you're looking for someone who is childlike, loves children and gets along with them well, Melissa is a great, nurturing care giver! You would be greatly blessed to have her!
