About Olivia

I'm Olivia, a warm and dependable childcare professional with 10+ years of experience caring for children from infancy through school age. I'm certified as an Iowa Child Care Center Director and trained in CPR & First Aid, Mandatory Reporter, Iowa Early Learning Standards, Emergency Preparedness, Active Supervision, and Child Development. I've worked in licensed childcare settings as a Lead Teacher creating developmentally appropriate curriculum, as well as in private childcare settings. I've also worked with high-profile families in Las Vegas and Atlanta. I have experience supporting children with special needs, trauma backgrounds, and physical limitations with patience, empathy, and individualized care. I'm currently working toward opening my own childcare center in Belle Plaine, Iowa. Parents would describe me as energetic, fun loving, passionate and dependable.
