About Melissa

I have been caring for children since my early teens and I have a 21-year-old son of my own and I'm helping raise my 4-year-old niece. I have cared for many families in the Bay Area, as well as in southern California. I have a full appreciation for all children and love being a nanny. I have experience with all ages of children and make sure each child is cared for appropriately and kindly. I am very patient, empathetic, a hard worker, and I invite constructive criticism. Communication between parents & nanny are imperative in order to work in a comfortable and trusting environment. Making every day positive and productive is my ultimate goal.
