Melissa was caring and considerate of her patient's needs. Always did her best to preserve and maintain the dignity of her client. She had a very difficult task tending to the needs of her patient who has a very rare, fast advancing disease. She took charge of the care, and was further tasked with interviewing and hiring additional caretakers. She performed many tasks above and beyond the expectations for skilled home health care. I highly recommend Melissa and should there come a time when I am in need of skilled care, I will be contacting her.
