I am proficient in caring to improve overall health and well being. I took care of my grandparents in their golden years and have always had a special soft spot in my heart for senior citizens! I have assisted with daily living activities and personal grooming. I like to keep an active mind by going on walks, going to the gym if able, shopping, movies, playing board games and cards, and carrying on a good conversation. Friendly and courteous, dependable and punctual. Flexible scheduling availability to include evenings, weekends and emergency situations as required. Manage schedules and insure all doctor's appointments are kept. Perform light housekeeping duties and meal preparation. Administer medications following doctor's instructions. Assist with prescribed therapy and exercise routines. Remove safety hazards and report issues. Documentation~ journaling. Organized and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
