About Melissa

My name is Melissa. I have over 20 years of experience caring for the elderly and developmentally disabled. I was in a live-in position for an elderly woman and her developmentally disabled daughter in Southampton for 10 years. In addition to having nannied for all of her great grandchildren, some of my duties included personal grooming, light cooking and feeding, running errands, companionship and play, housework, administering medication and transportation to appointments, communicating with doctors (reiteration, reminding and keeping track of future appointments), and communication with family members. The two women have since passed and I remain exceptionally close to the family even today. I've had several other experiences care-taking on a more short term basis as well. For the last few years I have leaned into Private Estate Management and I am currently managing two large Estates in Lancaster and Lititz .
